IQ deGLARE
DIRECTIONAL GLARE CONTROL.
ZERO BEAM COMPROMISE.
IQ deGLARE is a nanostructured directional glare-control film for linear luminaires, reducing UGR by up to 5 units.
It reduces end-view glare while preserving crosswise light distribution, making it an ideal complement to IQ Linear optics.
Crosswise light distribution controlled by IQ Linear NILO 1 optics
Lengthwise glare control without affecting the IQ Linear beam shape
WHAT IQ deGLARE DOES
IQ deGLARE is an add-on glare-control film for linear luminaires.
It reduces glare primarily in the lengthwise (end-view) direction. Typical reduction: 4–6 UGR units.
It also supports glare reduction in the crosswise direction. Typical reduction: 2–3 UGR units, while preserving the original crosswise light distribution up to approx. 60° gamma angle.
EXPLORE TECHNICAL DETAILS
Most linear optics control light only crosswise. The lengthwise distribution often remains uncontrolled, making glare reduction difficult without affecting beam performance or efficiency.
IQ deGLARE addresses this directly — without beam compromise. Compatible with:
• IQ Linear optics by NANOPTIQS
• Extruded linear lenses with flat top surfaces
• General diffusers
